Overview A Key Account Associate is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers and accounts. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They also work to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description A Key Account Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop solutions to customer problems. They must be able to negotiate with customers and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
