Janitor (Clarkston, Ga) Sun-Thurs 9Pm-6Am

We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. This position is on a federal Abilityone contract that requires that most of the work hours are performed by employees with disabilities. Due to program requirements, this particular position must be filled by a person with a disability Responsibilities

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle equipment and machinery
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations Skills
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
