Job Description
  • Assists with general labor tasks such as paint touch up and cleaning buildings before shipment, etc
  • Material handling using forklift
  • The candidates' primary purpose is to keep office and production areas clean including but not limited to; facility clean up, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, breaking down skids, etc
  • Light maintenance tasks including changing air filters, moving furniture, snow removal, etc
  • Recommends measures to improve facility electrical infrastructure, equipment performance and conservation of energy
  • Helps with moving materials and running parts to various locations
  • Identifies maintenance tasks and communicates requirements to outside contractors of pending work requests


Requirements


  • Prior custodial experience is preferred
  • Prior forklift experience required
  • Able to work independently
  • Must be willing to work overtime, as needed
  • Must have a valid drivers license, good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools
