This people-managing, in-office role will report to Episource’s Sr. Director, Global IT, from our Headquarters in Gardena, CA.

  • Harness your end-user know-how. Ensure operational policies and procedures are created, documented, and followed to streamline operations. As Episource’s Manager, End User Services, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining end-user standards for devices and peripherals.
  • Act as a customer advocate. Leverage your dynamic customer service and interpersonal skills to implement best-in-class solutions for end-user operations. Consistently maintain an enthusiastic approach to all user challenges while collaborating effectively with Episource team members.
  • Serve as an end-user SME. As Episource’s IT Manager, End User Services, you will specialize and orchestrate all end-user support services, including device management and support, asset management, service desk, and mobile support.

Here is what you’ll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource.

  • Adept in managing IT infrastructure such as firewalls, servers, storage, and switches
  • Many years managing endpoint OS such as MacOS, Linux, Windows, iOS, and/or Android
  • Background working in a HIPAA/HITRUST environment
  • Several years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Multiple years of tech support experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Expertise in scripting and implementing automation technology such as GPO, MDM, and Powershell
  • Superior Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with supporting IT environments with multiple SSO and MFA standards
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive management experience

Salary Range (or rate): $100,00 - $130,000 / year


Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements: please see our benefits section above for more information.)
