Tubi is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the Tubi IT team. In this role, you will exhibit high-quality interactions with Tubi employees, quick resolutions within SLAs, technical knowledge, approachability, and communication throughout the ticketing process. You will be a customer service and support evangelist, working at our help desk and assisting our customers via in person walkup, support ticket, email, or Slack as needed. You will work closely with help desk staff to maintain IT support documentation, manage ticket queues, and handle ticket escalations. You are passionate about customer experience, have an excellent background in MacOS and hardware troubleshooting and are eager to learn and grow in an Enterprise IT environment.

A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot client side software and hardware issues (MacOS & Windows)
- Maintain user accounts, passwords, and MFA (Okta)
- Diagnose, resolve, and provide basic office network support
- Provide tier 2 support for technical issues across Tubi environments
- Procure IT peripherals and accessories
- Support the Sr. IT Support Lead with day-to-day IT operations and provide cross-functional support to other departments.
- Resolve customer issues within standard SLA’s or escalate issues to senior support
- Keep track of inventory of laptops and provide a monthly report to the Sr. IT Support Lead
- Troubleshoot AV issues and support its hardware dependencies (Zoom)
- Coordinate with Tubi’s on-boarding team to provision new hire laptops, access to software, and provide training on core software and systems.
- 4+ years of MacOS technical support
- 2+ years of AV technical support
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
- 4+ years of corporate support experience
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- 2+ years of Windows technical support
- Cloud software experience similar to - Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Box, and Jira.
- Basic networking knowledge - tcp/ip, vlans, ipv4, and dns
