JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Sales Account Representatives require both proven experience with technology and outstanding personal and customer service communication skills. You are a fit for our team if you are a problem-solver and enjoy building solutions that leverage technology to meet a client's business needs. Our engineers have hands-on expertise enhancing our client's day-to-day technology infrastructures (Windows and email config, PC server and workstation configuration, networking, virtualization (VMware), cloud services (Azure, AWS), and much more). Secondarily, you will work jointly with our engineers to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including tasks such as technical discovery meetings, site visits, technical proposals, and presentations, technical assessments, implementation, and ongoing technical account management. A positive, fun, service-oriented, team-oriented, outgoing, and communicative personality is a must.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Sales training/experience is required
  • Three years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable working with clients at a business level to understand their current and historic issues regarding their business and technology
  • Experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools is a plus
  • Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems
  • Ability to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver License and ability to drive to customer locations when required.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Minimum of five years hands-on experience sellig to C-Level Executives focused on technical solution selling of networking equipment, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Windows servers and workstations, Active Directory, and MS365

Ideally, you will have one or more of the following certifications:

  • AutoTask and Kaseya experience are not required but will stand out since we use those daily.
  • Organizations leadership skills a plus
  • Some formal sales experience required
  • CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+
