Junior Sales Account Manager

Nu Lavi Group is looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team in our Broward office. A Junior Sales Account Manager will mainly be responsible for the upkeep and retention of client accounts. A Junior Sales Account Manager will provide excellent sales support and customer service daily.

There will be cross-functional work ranging from customer service to product development; improving the entire customer experience is critical in this role.

A newly hired Junior Sales Account Manager should expect to gain experience developing new business opportunities among existing and new customers.

Junior Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
• Oversee customer account management –
• Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally –
• Ensure delivery to customers -
• Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.

Junior Sales Account Manager Requirements:

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• Ready to commute to Broward County
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
