Job Description

This fast-paced, solution-oriented Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team of high performers who are true advocates for their customers. As the new Technical Account Manager, you will drive the execution of SLAs and ensure clients are set up for success. You will hold check-in calls with clients to provide updates, dig into any logistical issues, create board packet materials, and upsell to accounts. This is a full time, permanent position based in sunny Jacksonville, Florida. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work a hybrid or flexible remote schedule after a probationary period.

Must Haves
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year spent in IT-related services (IT support, internet, web hosting, software, etc.)
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) with the ability to create and share presentations with clients
  • Demonstrated background explaining technical terms to non-technical audiences
  • Capacity to self-manage projects, processes, and deadlines; determination to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma
Nice-To-Haves
  • Background creating standard operating procedure documentation (SOPs)
  • At least 1 year of business account management experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
