Job Description
Are you the human equivalent of an Information Technology Swiss Army Knife? Well… hello, you savvy systems person, you!


Under the leadership of the Director of Information Services this candidate will design, implement, and support information technology solutions across the credit union. This person will configure, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot company systems and software.


Responsibilities Include


  • Conduct regular audits of system security and apply appropriate remediation to protect against vulnerabilities, including the installation of service packs, patches, and firmware upgrades
  • Ability to assess IT risk and disaster recovery initiatives and implements recovery practices
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Field incoming tickets and support calls from end users to resolve system issues
  • Focus on digital security


Desired Skills And Talents


  • Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with SSO & SAML
  • Windows server operating systems & roles (e.g.: AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP, RDS, etc.)
  • MS Exchange & mail flow operations
  • Driven individual who can work independently always seeking the ‘why’ and the ‘fix’
  • Provide timely and friendly internal support
  • Virtualization platforms (Vmware / HyperV)
  • Knowledge of common scripting languages to promote automation & efficiency
  • VDI infrastructure (e.g.: Xendesktop, Horizons, RDS)
