It System Administrator Jobs

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Administrator to join our team. The IT Support Administrator regularly maintains an organization’s technological equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that all computers and computer networks within the company work efficiently and effectively, thereby enabling employees to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Job duties and responsibilities:

· Perform a combination of duties; phone support, desk-side technical support, and bench-top diagnosis and repair.

· Diagnosing and/or resolving problems in response to employee reported incidents via tickets system.

· Configuring devices and software applications following established procedures.

· Collaborates with IT Manager to plan organize and implement software.

· Installs Microsoft and other vendor’s software applications.

· Diagnoses and repairs hardware, software, and peripheral components.

· Trains employees on the use of hardware, software, and reports.

· Instructs users in use of equipment, software, and manuals.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Team player and with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

· Dedicated, organized and hard working.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

· Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers.

· Experience with ZOHO and API integration starting from CRM to projects to reports or similar experience with Workforce.

· Associates Degree preferred.

· Familiarity with help desk practices, ticket systems, team environment, etc.

· Experience with remote troubleshooting.

· Experience with programming languages.

· Experience with automation.

· Experience with VPN.

Salary: $22.00 per hour

This is a full–time position, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday and Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at our Tampa-based location.
