As the IT Director at Fanspay, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technology strategy and operations to support our cryptocurrency payment infrastructure. You will play a critical role in managing and scaling our IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity measures. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in aligning technology initiatives with business goals and ensuring a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.

• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of data and systems through robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Fanspay's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Develop and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute the technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives and driving innovation.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:
