Job Summary
The Analyst I will be responsible for driving and supporting operational initiatives with technology driven solutions. They will gather and document requirements to solution the goals of the business, working both independently and cross functionally across IT and operational departments. They will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and define requirements for features as directed. This individual will create applicable technology user guides, provide status updates to respective stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project, define and participate in functional testing, and oversee/support accepting testing and post implementation monitoring.
The successful candidate must demonstrate ability to effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day to day support of designated product portfolio under an agile environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing
• Act as conduit between the business / client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps of information understanding
• Analyze requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as system approaches, high-level flows, release notes etc.
• Develop communications documents (project status, project milestones, notification, training guide, user-manuals etc.)
• Support testing team to understand system requirements, define testing objectives and participate in functional testing

• Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable
• Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT desirable
• Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done
• Strong project and requirement documentation skills
• MS Office Suite
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• 1 - 3 years of prior tech product management experience preferably in health IT services / health tech product environment
