Overview The It Service Management Analyst I is responsible for providing technical support and service management for IT systems and services. This includes providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and managing service requests. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining and updating service management processes and procedures. The analyst will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. • At least two years of experience in IT service management
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and procedures
• Knowledge of IT systems and services
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
