Salary - $60/hr to $70/hr ( based on location and experience)

Client is seeking a talented and creative Integrated Communications Manager to join our clients virtual Marketing and Communications team. As an Integrated Communications Manager, you will be responsible for crafting, curating, and publishing communications to support the awareness and engagement of critical business impacts.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Integrated Communications and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage content development and curation, ensuring timely delivery and measuring impact.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Strategy communications to identify key messages, initiatives, and programs that require additional communication support.
• Excellent business communication writing and editing skills.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications, target audiences, and channels to support the awareness and engagement of critical business impacts.
• Required Skills:
• Utilize available data to refine communications plans and campaigns.
• Proficiency in storytelling as a critical component of effective communication.
• A drive for execution excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Execute communication plans by crafting, curating, and collating content, and publish them according to the editorial calendar.
• Analyze feedback from the business and make appropriate adjustments to communications.
• Update the CE&S editorial calendar on a weekly basis, aligning it with integrated communications objectives.
• Write compelling content and contribute to various communication channels such as SharePoint, executive updates, field engagement, community newsletters, Teams, and Viva applications.
• Measure the effectiveness of communications, report findings, and refine the approach as necessary.
• Creativity in opening minds through innovative communication approaches to increase employee engagement.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills, working with stakeholders across CES&, MCAPS comms leads, and other parts of Microsoft.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Outlook).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, including understanding site structures, libraries, permissions, and creating new pages.
• Familiarity with Viva Amplify and/or Viva Engage is highly preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
