The Manager, Integrated Marketing role, reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, manages campaign planning, brand strategy, and multi-platform media to support development of key initiatives throughout the year – from promotions to product launches. This position requires leadership skills, an ability to manage and execute projects, and interact effectively both internally and externally with partners.


Responsibilities


  • Build relationships and manage ongoing communications with internal and external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships in support of program goals
  • Utilize various marketing and sales automation tools to provide post-campaign metrics
  • Support, initiate and collaborate on the strategy for multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns/programs for assigned organizational/marketing initiatives
  • Gather, prepare, and support the delivery of post-campaign results metrics
  • Work with project management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of all program activities
  • Create briefs for key initiatives and be a key contributor in the creation of all materials
  • Help lay the tactical groundwork and develop programs and new offerings core to our brand and our offerings that will support, enhance and ensure our success
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Director and other members of the marketing team to lead and support marketing efforts
  • Other duties/special projects as assigned
  • Manage the execution of all core programs from inception to completion
  • Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and brainstorm quarterly and monthly marketing programs


Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills
  • Strategic thinker that is able to help guide ideas to align with our strategy
  • Has a strong writing capabilities
  • Ability to conduct, manage and synthesize consumer, retail, market, and product data and deliver strategic insights supporting overarching corporate strategies
  • Effectively works with (and as a conduit between) many different departments and teams
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas both internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented
  • 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree; concentration in marketing is ideal
