About The Role
Shop is on a mission to change how we shop. From the fastest checkout experience in Shop Pay to all-in-one order tracking and easy ways to find and shop local brands in app, Shop is making shopping better one step at a time for both shoppers and the merchants they buy from. Having launched less than a year ago, Shop is already one of the top 5 apps in North America and we're just getting started.
We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team as we turn Shop into one of the most beloved products and brands in the world. We want shoppers to be able to develop meaningful connections with the brands they love, and we believe that Shop is the answer to helping them build relationships with all the merchants we love and support at Shopify.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager at Shop, you will be responsible for building and developing marketing campaigns on creating a cohesive merchant experience with our offering. You will develop, experiment with, and oversee programming to get and keep merchants onboard and engaged in Shop and ensure that they are adopting new channels that are developed. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building programs that help scale merchant onboarding and success programs, and the ability to test new hypothesis to optimize efficiency and has a roll-up-your-sleeves and get it done attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Work with and find the critical VIP merchants that will help Shop grow at scale and successfully onboard them to the Shop ecosystem.
  • Create internal systems that will allow us to have a strong feedback loop with our teams and our merchants
  • Concept and execute digitally focused events, programs and campaigns for our Shop merchants to successfully build awareness and onboard them into the Shop ecosystem.
  • Work closely with marketing and design stakeholders to help you execute on multiple engagement strategies that improve the merchant experience
Qualifications
  • Prior experience building and running marketing campaigns and executing on programming from start to finish. Bonus points if you have experience working in a high growth environment, with B2B digital products, or SMBs
  • Passionate about testing and optimizing, you have successfully tested a program and rolled it out at scale in the past.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to dissect complex concepts into digestible terms.
  • Passionate about building communities, making connections and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hard working with a "no task is too small" attitude
  • Takes initiative, keeps organized, pays close attention to detail, and can handle multiple projects at once
