Executive Director - Luxury Senior Living

Govig Healthcare, the premier Executive Search firm in the Healthcare industry, is seeking an Executive Director for a Senior Living community in the San Francisco Bay area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing a strong, established team through challenges and celebrations
• Creating and adhering to the budget
• Proven track record of building the census and maximizing revenue
• Oversees the planning, development, and implementation of all of the programs and policies at their community while following the philosophies and core values of the company
• Training, hiring, and managing of the staff
• Ensuring the quality of care and customer service delivered is of the highest level
• Working as a team with department heads to achieve community goals
• Maintaining and improving processes and procedures, to run the community efficiently and effectively

All Potential Candidates Must Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in senior living
• Excellent interpersonal skills and management experience
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational abilities
• B.S. degree in a related field is preferred
• Must have industry experience as an Executive Director, General Manager or Administrator
• Executive Director experience is required
