Job Description

Whether it’s a seasonal event or a show-stopper installation, you’ll find FLOWERBX adorning hotel suites, lobbies, and restaurants across London, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond. The team artfully create everything from table spaces to floral arches, alongside offering bespoke workshops and bouquets, designed to always make a memorable impact on guests, friends and loved ones.
Reporting to the Events & B2B Director, this role will be the point person on one of our luxury client accounts. The role is hybrid with the majority of time spent between our LA warehouse (90014) and the client (90210), with the occasional opportunity to work from home. The successful candidate will need to be within a realistic commute to both LA locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product ordering, accessory sourcing, and inventory management
  • Execution of contract, events, and installations on-site in LA
  • Organisation of logistics end to end
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Work closely with the B2B team with the proposal development process
  • Proactively create a month by month calendar to capture key occasions to celebrate with flower installation opportunities
  • Assisting the B2B and Events team with other ad hoc duties
  • Assisting with the scheduling of in-house and freelance florists and production team
  • Administrative duties such as client invoicing and budget reconciliation
  • Client liaison in person, via email and phone with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Live and breathe the FLOWERBX culture and values
  • Team player who enjoys working with other people and building relationships both internally and externally
  • Problem solver, adaptable to change, and ability to execute quickly
  • You will have 3-4 years of professional, corporate office experience, ideally with a background in hospitality and/or luxury industry
  • Proactive, go-getting attitude and enthusiastic approach
  • Project and client management
  • Ability to take ownership, organise and prioritise work within tight timeframes
  • Desire to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Flower and plant knowledge would be a strong advantage, if not, you'll need a strong willingness to learn and develop
