Infrastructure Project Manager Jobs

Description

Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Support project cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structures, project set-up, and field progress tracking processes to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Facilitate the project turnover documentation, record keeping/retention, and project closeout processes. Prepare monthly Project Cost Reports for Project and Division Managers. Review weekly timesheets for submittal to the Construction Manager. Create and review Site DWRs on Site Manager (TxDOT Platform). Manage document control via ProjectWise. Prepare Request for Proposal (RFQ), support detailed scope of work development, selection process, and creation of contract documents for the purpose of subcontractor and client contractor selection and award. Create documents for Construction Managers, Project Managers, Project Inspectors, and clients incl. City of Houston, TxDOT, and Harris County.

Requirements

Require Master of Science Degree in Project Management, or foreign equivalent. Require permanent US work auth.
