We are hiring a Project Coordinator to work closely with our National Account customers. From receiving new inquiries, managing and relaying order information internally, to providing an excellent customer experience, you will play an integral role in our operation.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a knack for paying attention to the details. This position is ideal to learn the ropes of project management and has a direct growth path into a Project Manager position.
This is a full-time, hourly position with a Monday through Friday schedule, working between hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new jobs into the project management software and create a scope of work based on the type of job
• Research and select franchisee or subcontractors to complete the work
• Assist team and complete other related tasks as needed
• Receive and review new inquiries and orders
• Communicate with customers about sign programs and answer any questions
• Contact landlords for sign criteria, insurance requirements, and property use-/ subcontractor regulations as needed
• Maintain accurate data and statutes within project management software

Qualifications:

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Some project management and/or sign experience preferred
