Job Description

ESI's Project Coordinator: Powering Project Management with Administrative Excellence!

From construction project planning to coordination, ESI's Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the project management team. Project Coordinators streamline processes, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication. With unwavering dedication, they drive success, making every detail count.


This role will be located at our office in Portland, OR.


Responsibilities

  • Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking.
  • Closeout documentation.
  • Bid activities.
  • Project documentation archival.
  • Administrative support to project management team.
  • Compliance documentation and tracking.
  • Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs.
  • Change management document distribution and tracking.


Qualifications

  • Business Administration Degree or Related Degree preferred.
  • Ability to mitigate risk, concerns, or inaccuracy items.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and is very detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect and self-discipline.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and client relation skills.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs. Specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and potential for growth.
