The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within a designated timeline and budget. This role will also require excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including cross-functionality teams, Operations and Purchasing.


Education, Experience, & Training


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite (particularly the use of Microsoft Excel).
  • Prior experience in a purchasing or inventory accounting management role.
  • Possesses strong time management skills.
  • Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical.
  • Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.
  • Possesses very strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record to implement plans, effective organizational skills.
  • Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results.
  • Able to maintain composure and work well under pressure.
  • Able to accommodate the 24/7 nature of our business.
  • Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to work outside normal working hours.
  • College diploma from a four-year accredited institution preferred but not required.
  • Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel.
  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, business or related technical role.
  • Possesses excellent communications skills.
  • Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals.


Physical Demands


  • Ability to travel to/from site locations.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and occasional long or irregular hours.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided.
  • May be required to sit for long periods of time.
