  3. Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  4. Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  5. Assist in resource allocation and coordination, ensuring the availability of necessary personnel and equipment.

  7. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  8. Maintain project-related databases, tools, and repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information.
  9. Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
  10. Support the change management process by assisting in the preparation of change requests and coordinating their review and approval.
  11. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and assist in preparing project-related reports for management.
  12. Support post-implementation activities, including project evaluation, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2 years) as a project coordinator, preferably in software implementation projects or IT project management.
  3. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar applications.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined project constraints.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues.
  9. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing project requirements and priorities.
  11. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation of software projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. Apply today and be a part of our exciting journey!
