Our Supply Chain Globalization team supports the company's fast growing supply chain footprints, by managing datacenter assets and logistics, sourcing and procuring data center facility materials and equipment, delivering hardware and services to global CDN/Edge/PoP sites, and partnering with cloud providers. Our mission is to build resilient, integrated, innovative global Supply Chain solutions and enable our customers to grow and scale.
The Supply Chain Globalization team is seeking an operations manager in charge of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and data center asset management at regional data centers. In this role, you'll work with supply chain program management, supply management, warehouse planning, sourcing, suppliers, data analysts, Data Center Technicians, and infrastructure engineering teams to receive, relocate, and assign parts that will be integrated into full server racks, which are needed to support one of the world's fastest-growing infrastructure in the region. You will also own tactical tasks with spare parts management and asset decomission operations. You will ensure on time receiving and relocating parts to meet our delivery SLA. We are looking for an expert in managing supply chain operations for the cloud infrastructure / hyperscale data centers, driving daily tactical execution and solving problems.

• Gather areas for improvement, then work with the PM team on process improvement / ops efficiency improvment projects
• Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documents with external teams (suppliers and system integrators), and drive them to follow the SOW and SOP in daily operations
• Own inbound receiving from suppliers to warehouses or system integrators, relocation of parts across sites / regions, and outbound shipment of parts to system integrators within service level agreement (SLA)
• Own collecting inputs related to asset operations during Monthly Operations Review (MOR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with external parties
• Own and improve KPIs: shipment delivery to goods-received state within 48 hours, decomission execution lead time...etc
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve tactical challenges

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to execute against tight timeline and deliver results
• 3+ years in Infra Data Center Operations, Data Center Logistics, or supply chain related function teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Ability to influence and motivate others
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with L11 rack integration process and Bill of Materials concepts
• 3+ years of team lead experience in Data Center Operations, Data Center Logistics, or supply chain related function teams
• Experience with other Supply Chain domains such as planning, sourcing, supplier management, procure to pay, quality, etc.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural/regional environment
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
