WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SITE MANAGER

Located at our new Jacksonville, FL facility – 13949 Alvarez Road

Position Summary:

Our IT equipment division and customer base are rapidly growing! To keep up with demand, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operations Site Manager to join our team.

In this key position, the Warehouse Operations Site Manager will play a pivotal role in developing our new Jacksonville site and contributing to our continued success and revenue growth! You will manage warehouse operations and staff, monitor inventory, shipping, receiving, identify and implement process improvements.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor and control all warehouse and transportation activities and ensure cost and operational efficiencies while maintaining the required service levels to external and internal customers.
• Ensure verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure and manage the domestic and international shipments of all finished goods, internal transfers, and commercial shipments.
• Responsible for the management of third-party logistics providers and freight operations.
• Manage the operational and fiscal activities in the areas of IT Equipment and Specialty Products inventory control, shipping, receiving, performance metrics and KPIs
• Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and implement programs to ensure the safety of all warehousing personnel, equipment, and property.
• Manage warehouse staff

What we're looking for:

• Experience in high volume parts or SKUs warehouse / distribution is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Experience with direct management of warehouse employees
• Experience with cycle counts and warehouse configurations
• Minimum Five years of leadership experience and managing operations, productivity and resources in a warehouse and distribution environment
