Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is desirable.

Assist our Operations Director to improve existing processes to make our backend scalable for the next growth phase

Automate manual tasks so that our operations team can spend on value-adding efforts vs repetitive tasks

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

· Assess business challenges and offer best practices for improvement

· Minimum 8 years' experience in transportation and warehousing operations

· Experience desired in multi-plant organization in food and beverage industry

· Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred; Lean background required
