Our Healthcare Insurance client is seeking a Workday Project Coordinator to join their team for a contract role!

Position: Project Coordinator
Term: 11 + Months
Location: Remote, USA
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience (in coursework, volunteerism, or leadership roles) with project work. If no degree, 3 years of project/program coordination or business process experience.
- Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (email/calendar).
- Must comprehend basic project management concepts and methods.
Desired Skills
- Project Management skills as it relates to managing own work or larger project, including planning, time management and relevant tools.
- Focus on customer service for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., listening, empathy, ownership of problems/issues)
- For training department - Possess a level of proficiency and knowledge of learning technology systems and applications.

& Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to relevant leaders in the administration with coordination of projects or programs. Support leadership and project/program participants in the development, administration, implementation and closure of the project/program.
- Document and communicate changes to policies and procedures made in conjunction with leadership.
- May collect information from assigned projects/programs to build estimation models.
- Track, document, and assist with the resolution of issues for a project/program for the full inventory and life cycle of the projects/programs.
- Provide trend reports and other ad hoc reporting/metrics for projects/programs and/or business partner areas.
- Ensure estimation, budget, issue, and analysis information is available to project/program leaders.
- Develop and maintain work plans with leadership.
- Assist with the administration or coordination of project and/or program duties.
