Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall human resources function of the organization, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, insurance renewals, organization charts, and cultural/team events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute cultural/team events
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Create and maintain organization charts
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees
  • Manage the organization's insurance programs and renewals

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, insurance, organization charts, and cultural/team events
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
