We are seeking a motivated, progressive human resources professional who is skilled in HR operations, benefits, recruiting, and payroll processes to join our team. Our ideal candidate has strong technical and interpersonal skills, is an independent thinker, detail oriented and can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Bring:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required.
5-7 years of experience in progressively responsible human resources roles
SHRM or HR certification required.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated working knowledge of systems and ability to learn new systems.
Detail oriented with the ability to handle and work with a high level of confidential information.
Lead efforts to attract, retain and develop a talented workforce through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
Strong knowledge in payroll law and processes.
Expert knowledge of Federal and NC regulations such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, 401(k), wage & hour guidelines and equal employment opportunity laws.
Strong critical thinking and customer service skills and demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement.
Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tact and diplomacy to develop the confidence and trust of employees and management.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software required.
