HR Assistant
Location: Davidson- NC ( Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality interview experiences for candidates to include: interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense reimbursement guidance - including partnering with vendors, as well as coaching and support throughout the interview process.
• Provide Hiring Manager and interview team with necessary materials/tools to accurately evaluate candidates and make a quality hire.
• Proactively provide coaching and guidance to ensure compliance to standard work and promote Trane Technologies diverse representation goals.
• Manage requisition creation requests (via the Service Now platform) with accuracy and speed, to ensure both data integrity and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage general recruiting requests (via the Service Now platform)
• Process candidate relocations (via Cartus Online)
• Contribute to the growth of the organization by being a creative problem solver, helping to implement new processes and improving standard processes to deliver quality results.
• Using a relatively thorough knowledge of the company structure and HR internal processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from simple questions to moderately detailed and complex issues directly with managers, vendors, and HR in accordance with Service Partner Agreements (SPA’s).
• Special projects that support the Talent Acquisition function as identified. To include but not limited to: coordination of recruiting materials, management of recruiting events, resume review of candidates, assisting with tactical aspects of large hiring initiatives, etc.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COE’s and other HR groups, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience working with a high volume of transactions
• Corporate or agency recruiting experience/coordination preferred
• Experience with HR systems, PeopleSoft preferred (Taleo, SharePoint sites, Service Now, etc.)
• Intermediate skillset with Microsoft product suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Superior customer service, time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner, with all levels of customers.
Role will be expected to work a hybrid schedule. 3 days onsite from our Davidson, NC office location. 2 days work from home.
