Responsible for supporting Site Human Resource Systems and Processes to ensure that the needs of the business and employees are met. Examples of systems and processes could include work related to Recruiting, Training and Development, Benefits and Payroll administration and IWS Pillar Work supporting the organization.

The Human Resources Coordinator & Executive Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and support for the Plant Manager, Human Resources and Site Leadership Team to ensure timely completion of projects and accurate maintenance of records as required by regulating agencies.


The role administers selected HR systems and projects as needed and applies knowledge of the Human Resources Department specifically to administer HR responsibilities. The Site Admin responsibilities will include being the executive support to the Plant Manager and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for calendar, travel and logistics management. Administrative support for Site Leadership team, Plant Manager, HR & Admin including preparation of routine correspondence; meeting / calendar management, development of presentations; ordering materials; file maintenance; and general HR & Admin duties.


  • Coordinates and administers various projects for the Site Leadership team and ensures timely completion.
  • Travel coordination (flights/hotels/cars/etc) and expense reporting for plant Band 4’s and Amex/P-card reconciliation.
  • Must be willing to help on the HR Masterplan, projects, initiatives and Recruitment
  • Coordinating various meetings and events, including all employee meetings (prep/minutes/action items/agenda template/securing meeting space/backup space/confirming attendees).
  • Administrator for various HR data, systems and personnel files to include interpretation and application. Includes assistance with training materials and onboarding / delivery, i.e. New Hire Orientation (coordinate participants, location, information and distribution of materials).
  • Proficiency in business communication – good email and communication skills.
  • Resolve various inquiries from site personnel and direct more specialized requests to the appropriate internal or external contact. Communicates across the organization through the Executive level.
  • Must be able to develop documentation- PowerPoint presentations, Scorecards, Word, Excel and be proficient on Digital skills
  • Must have a passion to learn and master HR Technical capabilities and additionally play the role of an Employee Champion
  • Must be a person who is able to uphold the highest level of confidentiality as they would have access to PII and sensitive Plant information + SLT details
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Concur (Expense Reporting), Calendar Management (Meetings, events, leadership connects and networks) and logistics arrangement; Workday knowledge to be built to understand HR data management to support the site processes and systems
  • Develop Mastery of internal HR Systems to drive administrative excellence in Employee base systems, Data Management – Workday and physical record maintenance
