- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Conduct research and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing training sessions
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the USA
