Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing training sessions
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Assist with the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the USA
