Detailed Job Description The Director of Human Resources Information Technology is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s HR information technology systems. This includes managing the HRIT team, developing and executing strategies for HRIT systems, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. The Director of HRIT will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders, and ensuring the organization’s HRIT systems are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
