Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time Remote)

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant with excellent administrative experience, outstanding people skills, and a positive attitude to support our nationwide Retail Coordinator/Fit Specialist team.

This position is fully remote, part-time (24 hours per week) and reports to the Manager of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, sourcing talent, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
• Track and analyze time records weekly for payroll
• Work independently with excellent follow-through
• Handle confidential information with confidence, sensitivity, and professionalism
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR software and systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience working in department stores, and an interest in fashion (intimate apparel is a +)
• Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
