Job Title: Data Entry Assistant / Part Time (Remote) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our claims coordination team. As a remote Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from the system. This part-time position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data Skills:
• Compile reports from the system containing relevant claims information
• Follow up on missing information required to process the claim
• Enter claims information into the claims management systems with a high level of accuracy
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient data entry processes
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Candidates with administrative or customer service experience will be given preference. Further Instructions: This is a remote position; therefore, you must have access to reliable internet connection and your own computer/laptop. The working hours are part-time, offering flexibility within agreed-upon schedules. The hourly pay rate ranges from $18.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and performance.
