Human Resources Assistant Jobs

Human Resource Assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties professionally and will work closely with the Director of Human Resources. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits, employee relations, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department.
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel
