As an HR Administrator, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team to execute the organization's human resource functions, with a focus on payroll, internal compliance, and administration. You will collaborate with managers and employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, administer timekeeping and time-off requests, facilitate benefits enrollment and changes, and support employees requiring leaves of absence. Additionally, you will uphold the company's mission, values, and culture by executing handbook policies, fostering a culture of trust, providing support to managers and employees, and actively assessing and improving HR department efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
