The Workday Administrator is responsible for providing dedicated support to employees, managers, and the organization as a whole through targeted talent management and performance management programs. As a key member of the Talent Management & Career Experience Team, the Workday Administrator focuses on supporting global talent programs and processes. These include performance management, talent reviews, promotions, succession planning, and career development. The successful candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the operational success of these programs and prioritizing the experience of all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and upkeep of internal portal content focused on Talent Management and performance management programs.
- Create, manage, and update resources that assist talent management processes, such as job aids, tip sheets, resource guides, career maps, and Workday processes.
- Partner with the People Analytics and HR Operations team to generate talent management and performance management reports using Workday.
- Support and coordinate communications and educational efforts related to talent management and performance management programs.
- Collaborate effectively to develop, implement, and maintain talent management and performance management initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Track, address, and resolve issues communicated by stakeholders through trouble tickets.
- Cultivate a positive user experience for leaders, managers, and employees who engage in talent and performance management processes.
- Maintain and provide support for talent management and performance management processes and configurations within the Workday platform.
Basic Qualifications:
- Possess proficiency in technology, including Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience working with Workday's talent management and/or performance management applications, specifically in administering and supporting business processes and reports.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in consulting and supporting business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or relevant experience supporting talent and/or performance management in a corporate setting.
- Exhibit experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts and technology.
Compensation Range: $35.94/hr - $52.75/hr
