Specialty food manufacturer is hiring an experienced HR Manager! The position is direct hire located in Milpitas. The position is onsite, 7 years experience of HR Management required!

Responsibilities

• HR Community calls.
• Terminations
• Understanding health and welfare.
• Processing Union dues for the site.
• Site meeting in the morning
• Grievances - serving as the hotline for employees
• Working with CBA, contracts with collective bargaining agreements. (local 853)
• Payroll balancing
• Checking in with each shift.
• Worker's compensation
