Accounting Assistant Manager - Bilingual (Korean/English)

• Assist with monthly Financial Statements, to include Income Statement/Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet and Prepare Monthly Statement of Cash Flows
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
• Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledgers, ensuring accurate coding of Accounts Payable invoices and departmental accounts
• Reconcile inter-company transaction
• Prepare and record General Journal Entries to the General Ledger
• Performs other related duties as directed

Salary: $50K to 75K / year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly in Korean
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment
• Experience using SAP Business One is preferred
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred, but not required
• High IT literacy, preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong, self-motivated team player
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or the equivalent
