Overview:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Working directly with the business development lead to identify, prioritize, and execute recruiting strategies to fill open roles with qualified, vetted candidates as quickly as possible.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Creating web and social media content to support recruiting strategies.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Educating candidates, customers, and other outside entities about our organization.
- Support payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Familiarizing yourself with our organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Lead the onboarding process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
