Job Description
Overview:


WiredPeople, Inc. - a subject matter expert consulting firm welcomes applicants to our HR/Recruiting Coordinator role. The role is focused on managing day-to-day HR items and helping sustain WiredPeople‘s exponential growth. As a successful candidate, you will work closely with our sales and operations lead to achieve the desired HR and recruiting objectives.


Successful candidates will have excellent communication and networking skills, and strong knowledge and skills within social media platforms, recruiting processes, and HR.


Essential Functions:


  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Working directly with the business development lead to identify, prioritize, and execute recruiting strategies to fill open roles with qualified, vetted candidates as quickly as possible.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Creating web and social media content to support recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Educating candidates, customers, and other outside entities about our organization.
  • Support payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our organization's mission, vision, and goals.
  • Lead the onboarding process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
  • Support other assigned functions.


Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
