We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter and HR Professional to join our dynamic team. Flexible hours are available. As a key member of our HR department, you will be assisting with sourcing, recruiting, and selecting top talent for our organization. Also, you will be playing an important role in assisting with the Human Resources planning and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assisting hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions

Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking events

Support department managers with Screening and interview candidates to determine their suitability for open positions

Coordinate and conduct reference and background checks

Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process

Assist with employee relations issues and other HR-related matters as needed

Requirements:

Some educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

1+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR is a Plus, but not necessary

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
