Job Description

Title: Sr. Director of HR Operations

2 days a week onsite

25% travel to 6 manufacturing plants (Midwest & East Coast)

Direct Hire


  • Will be providing guidance and coaching to these line managers
  • Reports directly to the Executive VP of HR
  • This person will be managing line managers at 6 of their manufacturing plants.
  • 10-20 years of HR experience with management/Director experience
  • Ideally has Manufacturing or Consumer Goods experience
