Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assists with new hire orientation
- Submit statutory claims - NSmen, Maternity, Childcare Leave
- Administer HR Leave system & Time Management System
- Liaise with external vendors to replenish stocks which include staff uniform, stationery and beverages
- Administer foreign worker address records
- Administer SAP system
- Assist training related matters
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Submit foreign levy waiver claims
- Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Have an appropriate sense of urgency with an ability to work under pressure and in fast pace environment
- At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing sector with good understanding on HR processes, payroll administration, HR practices and Singapore Employment and Legislation practices
- Ability to multitask and have excellent time management
- Team player, proactive and take initiatives
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related business fields
- Well verse in Microsoft office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Analytical and have problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Sage HR system an added advantage
- High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
