Are you passionate about human resources and eager to join a dynamic and innovative team? We are actively searching for a Permanent HR Admin to assist in managing our HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related duties. Responsibilities


As a Permanent HR Admin, your primary duties will include


  • Processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Undertaking tasks around performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Administering employee benefits, including medical benefits and 401K plans.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


Qualifications


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need


  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR Admin role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient knowledge of employee benefits, including medical benefits and 401K plans.
