How you will make an impact

• Shaping internal recommendations
• Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements
• Using digital recruiting resources
• Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
• Directing various administrative duties
• Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

Requirements

• HRIS experience preferred
• HRIS experience desired
• Experience with Recruiting Sources
• Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Earlier work involving Recruiting Strategy
• Proven knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• Hands-on experience with Coordinating Schedules
• Experience with Conducting Phone Screens
• Good understanding of sourcing recruitment
• You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
• General familiarity with Recruiting Efforts
• Wide ranging experience with Recruiting Strategies
• Practical knowledge of Recruiting Functions
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Previous experience working with Recruiting Activities
• Skills in Conduct Interviews
• The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
• Well-founded grasp of recruiting
• Comprehension of Phone Screens
• Quality experience with Recruiting Processes
• Human Resources (HR) Administration experience
• Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
• Prior experience with Meeting Schedule
• Human resources software experience
