Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates to Aircare Colorado stations.


  • Responsible for initiating the hiring process for all potential candidates, this includes sourcing, phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Aircare Colorado field stations.
  • Walk candidates through application process
  • Ensure New Hire paperwork is complete
  • Prepare and send accurate offer letters to candidates
  • Assist in Day 1 orientation for new employees
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Evaluate all applications and or resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process
  • Responsible for all advertising placement Serves as the point person for all vacancy inquires
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Complete I-9s for new hires
  • Build positive relationships with District Managers and Station Managers, to ensure their staffing needs are being met. Continual follow-up with managers on the status of candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities are complete for new hires prior to day 1
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screens for candidates
