Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities.

We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Universal Music Group and Amazon Prime Video, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram.

As the Hiring Executive at Grail, you’ll be overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of the Talent Managers at Grail. This means identifying recruitment channels for us to explore, interviewing candidates, assessing and benchmarking candidates and working with the Operations Manager to review their performance.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, has an eye for detail, as well as a great communicator and people person, as you will have to interview and recruit extensively. You’ll also be spending a lot of time organizing and operationalizing the recruitment system, as well as updating our internal databases.

Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role offers hybrid working. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients and Talent Managers across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.

The role will include:

• Cultivate strong relationships with our Talent Managers to foster collaboration and mutual success.
• Facilitate the successful integration and growth of newly hired Talent Managers at Grail.
• Explore and identify new markets for potential expansion
• Provide support to the Operations Manager in various operational aspects.
• Maintain and update our internal database to ensure accurate and reliable information for our clients.
• Optimize and systematize internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the recruitment and hiring of new Talent Managers.
