Help Desk Support - Remote (MUST be based in Denver area)

8-10 Month Initial Contract

Payrate - $30 - $35/hour.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the Data Pipeline system, assisting district and BOCES field personnel with data submission, technical guidance, and training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using existing documentation to aid in data collection processes.
• Offering email and phone support to data respondents year-round.
• Understanding Data Pipeline processes and guiding LEA and CDE personnel in data submission.
• Validating data accuracy and resolving issues using SQL and Toad.
• Providing technical assistance and training to district and BOCES field personnel for data submission.
• Serving as a liaison between the CDE Data Services Unit and LEAs, ensuring effective communication.

Experience and Skills:

• Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• General knowledge of technical applications and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a constructive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.
• Attention to detail, including proofreading, spelling, grammar, and formatting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially conveying complex technical information.
• Experience in the education data sector is a plus.
