Job Description

Duration: 6 months contract with potential extensions/conversion to full time

Location: San Antonio, TX

Position: Help Desk Support

Client: Financial Services


Monday-Friday CST times:

• First Shift 2pm- 1030pm

• Second Shift 10pm-630am

• Third Shift 11pm-730am


L2 Support is responsible for managing ATM software releases , configurations and tickets for ATMs globally. This role will interface with various Technology, Operations and Business teams globally while simultaneously directing vendors and other various support teams on statuses of ATMs, providing end-to-end ticket oversight and ultimately the final resolution to all issues.


* Responsible for ATM configuration management of ATM devices in the ATM Monitoring applications

*Assist with Nextgen ATM Conversion

* Assis with ATM ticket management and monitoring for L1 as needed including providing on-call support for escalations

* Scheduling and software deployments for multiple countries

* Monitoring and remediation of ATM software failures

* Effectively communicate issues and status updates with Technology, Operations and Business teams.

* Utilizing multiple monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues

* Perform remediation of incidents and problems using canned monitoring tool functions and procedures.

* Ability to triage and lead multiple processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Support daily tasks as needed
